Fridays for Food: May 1, June 5, July 3,  Aug. 7 and Sept. 4

nTelos Wireless and the Food Bank are joining forces to help solve hunger locally through a monthly donation drive! Fridays for Food will take place during Fridays After Five at the Charlottesville nTelos Wireless Pavilion. Enjoy free, live music 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and help feed hungry neighbors. Hunger Action Month

 Stuff A Truck: Sept. 18

One of our biggest food drives of the year, this event is held during Hunger Action Month in September. Food collection sites include Martin's in Harrisonburg, Staunton and Waynesboro; and Giant on Pantops Mountain in Charlottesville.

 

 

 

 

 

UPS Helps Feed Hungry Neighbors

During Hunger Action Month in September, The UPS Store on Port Republic Road in Harrisonburg will donate one food item for every package paid for and shipped at the store!

 

 

 

 

 

Misty Mountain Music Festival: Sept. 25 - Sept. 27

This free, weekend event showcases live bluegrass, country and folk performances alongside local businesses and artisans. Donations will be accepted at the entrance to help feed individuals and families in need.

AUGUSTA EXPO MONTHLY MARKET AND YARD SALE

While hosting this monthly event, Augusta Expo is helping the hungry, too.  The event occurs on the first Saturday of each month.  Admission is $1 or non-perishable food donations for the Food Bank.  For every dollar you give, you will provide four meals to neighbors in need.  For more info, visit www.augustaexpo.com
