Coronavirus (COVID-19) Preparedness Practices

With support from Feeding America, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank has collected the following information for our network partners. The guidance and practices presented in this document will evolve as we learn more together

IMPORTANT:

If your agency or program decides to change your distribution schedule, notify your partner engagement manager or program coordinator at the Food Bank immediately. We also ask that you make attempts to notify clients and if you anticipate a sustained change in distribution, that you offer clients information about other pantries or food resources nearby.

To help us better respond to our partner needs and the needs of our community the Food Bank has suspended routine monitoring visits among food pantries, until further notice.
