You’ve supported the effort to end hunger in the Blue Ridge region—now see what the latest data tells us about the regional need, the impact of our work, and what’s still ahead.
Join us for the release of the 2026 Virginia Hunger Study, a new and more precise look at food insecurity in the Blue Ridge region. You’ll hear key findings and learn from a candid panel discussion what it means for the Food Bank’s work, and yours. We’ll reserve time for Q&A with the people closest to the work.
This study draws on a general population survey conducted this year by the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, the Federation of Virginia Food Banks, and NORC at the University of Chicago, giving us the clearest picture yet of need in our community.
This virtual event is held on Zoom. Attendance is free, but registration is required.
