Ladies competing in MERC do more than lift weights, they uplift an entire community! Every pound lifted means more funds donated to five deserving local charities:
Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, MaDee Project, Staunton/Augusta/Waynesboro Boys and
Girls Club, and WARM (Waynesboro Area Refuge Ministry).
